So I know that there are a couple of Nvidia whores here (I'm looking at you tweety ). But, I was wondering now that the cherry picked cards have been reviewed, who is going to get one when real availability hits? |

That beat was fresh.... snap!
still got my 4850, but either the last 3 driver sets are wreaking havoc or my card is dying. So now I am looking for the upgrade. Hopefully prices have come down since Fermi was launched, but no luck yet. |

| I was having severe video corruption that would force a restart. It happened during booting, or randomly when the comp was running fine. I had a severe windows crash so I rebuilt my machine and now the card works fine with the latest drivers. I am clueless |

I'm gonna stick with the 5870... the only trouble I've had was long load times in BFBC2. The latest drivers fixed that. _________________ A coder 'dat don't game is like a pimp 'dat don't slap... |

| Well after some research and a dead 4850, i think i am going to go Nvidia. I know that might shock a few, but the 460 looks to be too good of a deal to pass up. Plus the CUDA help in video encoding is a big plus for me. The only thing that can change my mind is if AMD's 6000 series is released soon and at awesom price points. the 5850 is just too much money |
